CLES Distribution Pte Ltd - 7-Day Return Policy

At CLES Distribution, our commitment is not just in offering top-tier products from Tamron, Marumi filters, Hasselblad, and Fotopro tripod, but also in ensuring that our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. Here's everything you need to know about our 7-day return policy for purchases made on shop.cles.com.sg:


Eligibility:

  • Products are eligible for return if they are in their original packaging.

  • Products that are not in their original packaging or accessories whose quality cannot be verified once the package is opened (e.g., microfiber cloths) are excluded from the return policy.

Condition of Returned Items:

  • Products should be in their original, unopened packaging.

  • The product must remain unused.

Return Process:

  • If you wish to return an item, please contact our team at CLES using the provided phone number or email. Ensure to provide the invoice/order number, name, contact number, and date of purchase.

  • There is no dedicated portal or form; we handle each case individually.

  • If the product is in its original package, there is no need to provide a specific reason for the return.

Return Shipping:

  • For original unopened packages returned within 7 days, we offer free return shipping within Singapore Island.

  • Products should be returned in their original packaging.

  • You are free to use any courier or shipping service.

Refunds:

  • Refunds will be processed to the same payment method used during the purchase on shop.cles.com.sg.

  • Refund amounts will only cover the products; any previously paid shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • Refunds typically take between 7-14 days to be processed and reflected in the customer's account.

Exchanges:

  • Generally, items cannot be exchanged for refunds.

  • However, in cases where the product received is faulty and an exact model replacement isn't possible, at the discretion of CLES Distribution, we may allow an exchange to another product. If the replacement product is pricier, an online payment link will be provided for the necessary top-up. If cheaper, the difference will be refunded.

Defective or Incorrect Items:

  • For products that are dead on arrival or incorrect, contact our helpdesk within 7 days of receipt. We'll arrange for the product retrieval and, if necessary, process a refund or replacement on a case-by-case basis.

  • Replacement items will be dispatched within 7 days if available. If a replacement isn't available beyond 4 weeks, we may opt to refund the purchase.

Special Promotions:

  • Products purchased during sales or promotions follow the standard return procedure unless specified otherwise.

  • If a free gift or additional item was provided with the purchase, it should be returned along with the main product.

Receipt and Proof of Purchase:

  • The original receipt or proof of purchase is mandatory for processing returns.

  • If the receipt is lost but you have an account with shop.cles.com.sg and we can verify against it, the proof of purchase can be retrieved from our system.

Timeline:

  • The 7-day return window starts from the day of delivery.
